Goldfish Sensory Swim School has partnered with the Special Needs Mom Squad and their volunteers to create a safe and inclusive environment where swimmers can engage their senses and develop vital skills through swimming.
Our experienced instructors will guide your little ones through a variety of sensory-based activities, incorporating colorful toys, gentle music, and stimulating visuals.
Located at the Goldfish Swim School – Plainfield, this event offers a state-of-the-art facility equipped with heated pools and comfortable amenities. Our friendly staff is committed to ensuring a positive experience for both swimmers and spectators!

Waivers are required for ALL SWIMMERS
2:45 PM – Check In
Bring your towels, swim shoes, goggles, and cameras! Check-in will be available upon entry. All participants (spectators and swimmers) are required to check-in. Due to capacity limits, no additional swim tickets will be available at the door.
3:00PM to 5:00PM – Swimming Time!
Sensory-Friendly Environment: Our pool area will be adapted to reduce sensory overload. We will have lower lighting, reduced noise levels, and a calm atmosphere to ensure a comfortable experience.
Dedicated Support Companions: Each individual with disabilities can bring along one support person who will be there to provide assistance, encouragement, and companionship throughout the event.
Trained Staff: Our staff members are trained to be understanding and accommodating, and they will be available to assist as needed. We will have a variety of adaptive equipment available, such as flotation devices and accessible entry points, to cater to different needs.
Quiet Zones: If you or your companion need a break, designated quiet zones will be available nearby.
Safety First: Lifeguards will be on duty to ensure a safe & enjoyable swim for all participants
